KIJO Group - All employees participate to shorten the delivery time

After 31 years of steady development, KIJO Group has won a series of honors such as National High-tech Enterprise, Top Ten Enterprises in the Light Industry Lead-acid Battery Industry, Jiangxi Province Management Innovation Demonstration Enterprise, and Advanced Foreign Trade Enterprise Unit. We have made significant progress in updating equipment such as continuous casting, rolling and punching, continuous plate coating, vacuum, and paste.

However, problems such as management based on experience, unclear process value orientation, and many ineffective working hours still exist, which have become key factors restricting KIJO's rapid delivery. The existence of these problems not only weakens the company's operational efficiency but may also cause a decline in customer satisfaction, thereby affecting the market competitiveness and long-term development of KIJO Battery.

To improve management efficiency, KIJO Group actively responded to the president's 12-word policy requirements of "Reducing Costs, Increasing Efficiency, Improving Quality, and Shortening Delivery Time". In 2023, the TPM full equipment management and maintenance system was successfully introduced, and active on-site equipment process control was carried out to drive implementation and improvement of the entire process. To implement this management strategy, KIJO Group has adopted the method of assessing the current status of equipment operation, setting phased goals and tasks, increasing employee training and education, improving monitoring during the implementation process, evaluating improvement results, and forming closed-loop management to prepare for the next step. Provide the basis for improvement.

According to Mr. Wan, Assistant Director of the Operations Department, the KIJO TPM system adopts advanced Internet of Things technology to realize real-time remote monitoring of batteries. No matter what state the battery is in, the TPM system can accurately obtain its various data, such as voltage, current, temperature, etc., to provide a comprehensive and accurate assessment of the battery's health. This system can detect and solve potential problems in advance, effectively avoiding production interruptions and losses caused by equipment failure. At the same time, through refined management and optimization of each link such as casting, smearing, and assembly, analysis of bad data and invalid working hours was carried out, and the value stream of each link was deeply analyzed. This measure improved production efficiency and product quality and provided a basis for improving human resources. It has laid a solid foundation for efficiency and shortening delivery time.

As a leader among new first-tier brands, the launch of KIJO's TPM system has undoubtedly brought a revolutionary change to the field of battery management. It not only improves battery usage efficiency and management level but also brings a more convenient and efficient battery usage experience to end users. We have reason to believe that in the days to come, KIJO's TPM system will become a benchmark in the field of battery management, leading the industry to develop in a higher, farther, and healthier direction.
